Warranty Terms

 

IMPORTANT: We cannot foresee what Tesla® will do now or in the future.  For that reason software changes to Autosteer/Autopilot system by Tesla® are not covered by our warranty; nor covered under our return policy.  If an "Over the Air"update aka"OTA"  is pushed out to your car that renders the unit ineffective the unit cannot be returned. EXEMPTIONS:  Items purchased within 14 calendar days of the OTA are exempt and will be refunded on a case by case basis.

NOTE: ALL OPENED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% Restocking Fee.  Returned units cannot be sold as new.  See our Return Terms for more details.
