If Firmware 9.0 compromised the use of your product you may qualify for a "Goodwill/Upgrade Exchange".   Firmware updates from Tesla® are excluded from our manufacture warranty; we understand that this is frustrating to our customers.  Therefore we have adopted a one-time Goodwill Upgrade Exchange Program for those that have purchased in the last 6 months.  The upgrade program price will be calculated on a prorated basis.
